Dear hf hpe,
First up, a very happy new year from the entire Alfaowner team, we hope that you are keeping to those New Year’s resolutions you made? Some of the staff at AO started jogging and already we are limping, hurting and moaning! Anyway, we didn’t disturb you just to waffle on, instead we wanted you to read this rare email as this is your first step to getting more out of your Alfa Romeo ownership this year and wow... What a year to own one!
So what’s in this email?

New short animated 8C AO movie
So, we start off 2010 talking about two of the biggest events on the calendar so far, the first being as soon as Sunday the 7th February in Surrey (UK) where local dealership Allams Alfa Romeo and Alfaowner.com unite to host an “Official” World Record attempt that could see 250+ Alfa Romeos in a single convoy on a public highway. If this sounds like something you would like to get involved with, then use the below link to express your interest, we already have a potential of 230 yes and maybe attendees!

The next big planned event is in Milan where Alfa Romeo themselves are celebrating a century of manufacturing. The celebration is planned for the 26 & 27th June 2010 and will be hosted in the centre of Milan. Alfa Romeo drivers (Alfisti) are invited to attend in their own cars with spaces limited to just 3000 so if you have ever wanted to go on a road trip, drive in convoy with other like minded owners on some truly amazing roads, then head over to Alfa Romeos website to sign up to the centenary event today, we suggest not sitting on this email for too long if you are serious about attending as tickets are limited. Please also note that their pricing includes co-drivers and tickets to the evening Alfisti meal as well as providing some merchandise.

We would also like to advise Medio members that we have removed the need to wait 30 seconds between your AO searches, this is in response to member feedback and has already been activated on all Medio accounts. We have not left Premio members out either. Soon they will be contacted regarding a newly designed club member key card, expect contact approx 2nd week of February. Premio members have also received a 50% increase in image storage space, we have increased it from 40MB to 60MB.
Another date we are looking forward to is the 24th November 2010 because Alfaowner.com will be 10 years old and on that note we would like to thank every member past and present for their input into the AO site and hope that you will all approve of our new 10/100 splash screen. We have created a short animated movie that we think portrays our passion for what we do at AO. If you like our short clip and what we do, then please help us to grow by posting it to Face book/Twitter or car related web sites.
